3 Fonteinen Hommage
3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic. This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added.
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvée, like all of our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it. This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop its tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! Taste, savour, enjoy, and experience this unfiltered, unpasteurised, and unadulterated beer with friends new and old!

Andechser Weissbier Hell
Untreated and bottled in its natural state of yeasty turbidity, this is a top fermented beer for the epicure. Its light honey colour makes it an immediate eyecatcher. Then there’s the opalescence and fine structure of the yeast turbidity. At the same time, the creamy, fine pored head invites you to get to know this light Weissbier from the Holy Mountain. First, distinctive fruity aromas like banana and honeydew melon come to the fore, followed by fine cloves. It is a very tangy, refreshing treat with the conviction of a full, soft body. It concludes on a finely balanced interplay of light sweet honey and a delicate acidity with undertones of bitter hoppiness that quickly subside into a harmonious aftertaste.

Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel
Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. In his book “Beer International”, the world-renowned English beer writer, Michael Jackson, accurately describes the Ayinger “Altbairisch Dunkel” as: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.” It is produced using the traditional double fermentation process.

Clean and refreshing with a dry hop finish. taste the great depth of flavour that comes from the long, slow maturation in tank. This is how a great lager should taste. Geuze Mariage Parfait
Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime.

We then clarify, filter and bottle it. The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings.

Neck Oil
The idea was to create a beer that we could drink from 8am in the morning, all day, every day! A brew that you could make your ‘go to’ at any time and still function. So we took decided that this needed to be low ABV, ultra-pale, crisp, light and bang on in your face with the hops! The name comes from an old Black Country term in the middle of England my Great Granddad used to shout on his way out the door: “I’m going down the pub for a pint of neck oil!” Basically he wanted to drink his favourite local beer on mass and lube his thirst after a long hard day in the foundry. This is exactly what we do at the brewery. It’s our everyday, all day, go to Session IPA. Malt Extra Pale Hops Magnum, Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic.

Nelson Pale

North X Bundobust Mango + Lime Lassi Sour
Back with our buds at Bundobust, we’ve whipped up a brand new sour with the Indian Street Food Legends! The aim as always in our collaborations with Bundobust is to make a beer that is going to compliment the flavours in their expertly cooked dishes whilst also contrasting and taking off the heat a little. Fresh lime squeezed on ripe mango is one of the world's greatest food pairings. In this latest addition to our series of collaborations with Bundobust, we’ve brought together these most pugnacious flavours into a uber fruity sour harmony. A pale base made with oats and lactose makes for a soft and smooth base to build from. A touch of souring works with a gentle addition of lactose to create a rounded finish imitating peeled lemon rind. Fresh organic Mango Pureé further smooths it all out and sweetens it up with both lime juice and zest cutting in with its unique herby, zesty and fresh aromatic flavour.

Orchard Thieves Cider Apple

Organic Chocolate Stout

Original (TAP07)
It's the art of brewing in its purest form for true wheat beer connoisseurs: "Original" – the traditional wheat beer brewed unaltered in accordance with the original recipe of Georg I. Schneider since 1872 – and since then simply marquee. Of a deep amber colour, harmonically balanced and strong. That's what Bavaria tastes like. And that's also what coming home tastes like - in the comfort of your own four walls as well as at your convivial "Stammtisch".

Oude Gueuze Cuvée René
Gueuze Cuvée René is one of the jewels of our brewery. With its golden colour, its sparkle and its beautiful sherry aromas, this is the queen of gueuzes. This old gueuze is a blend of old and young lambic matured in large oak barrels called foudres. It is then bottled in a beautiful champagne bottle where a second fermentation takes place. After 6 months, the gueuze obtains a golden colour and is slightly carbonated and tart. But kept in a cellar for a few years, it becomes truly exceptional! The use of a champagne bottle dates back to an uncertain time period when lambic brewers specialised in recovering empty bottles from great restaurants and other establishments where a lot of champagne was consumed. That is why we chose the most noble of bottles to hold our noblest beer.

Pacific Ale
Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. After being dry hopped at the end of fermentation, our Pacific Ale is then drawn straight from the storage tank at the brewery into kegs and bottles.

Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer – rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma which are accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves.

St Josephs
Moa St. Josephs is a classic Belgian Tripel. Strong spice, caramel and banana ester characters create complex flavours and aromas which are heightened by its extended bottle conditioning period. The combination of bittering hops, malt and candy sugars compliment the high alcohol content and integrate into a very approachable and drinkable Tripel.

A cheerful bright pale ale with a glowing body and an extremely smooth mouthfeel. We hopped this one with Citra, Strata and Tango hops for huge juicy mango, passion fruit and melon flavours with a gentle dank finish.

Tegernseer Dunkel Export

Trappistes Rochefort 10
Dominant impressions of latte coffee with powerful chocolate aromas in the nose. The alcohol esters are enveloped with hints of autumn wood, citrus zest (orange, lemon) and freshly baked biscuits. The initial taste is sweetly sinful. Beer and chocolate trapped into one single glass, a liquid milky draught with a backbone of bitter malt. The alcohol warms the throat and, in the finish, you will pick up traces of cloves, citrus, orange and mocha. The heaviest of the Rochefort beers, the 10 is a quadrupel style beer and can be recognized by its blue label.

Tynt Meadow
Trappist beers tend to be named after the place in which the monastery is situated. We’ve called ours ‘Tynt Meadow’, to honour the link with the plot of land on which monastic life was refounded here in the Midlands almost two centuries ago. Being part of the great Trappist tradition, we’ve chosen to produce a strong dark ale, but one with a clearly English character. Tynt Meadow is mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.
