$UMO
Named after the two heavyweight hops that battle it out in this brew (Summit and Mosaic), $UMO will wrestle your taste buds with a flavour combo of tropical fruit, dank herbs and weighty bitterness. Other beers may enter the ring but $UMO will be the last brew standing.

11|Session IPA - Mosaic
The multi-faceted and aptly-named Mosaic hop is the star of this juicy, resinous, low ABV expression of IPA.

3 Fonteinen Hommage
3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic. This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added.
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston
3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of one-, two-, and three-year old traditional lambics, all brewed at Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels, and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvée, like all of our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it. This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop its tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! Taste, savour, enjoy, and experience this unfiltered, unpasteurised, and unadulterated beer with friends new and old!

64|Imperial Stout - Praline, Cocoa Nibs & Sea Salt - 10th Birthday Edition

Amber After Sauna
Strutturata con malti caramellati. Reinterpretata con l’aggiunta del luppolo Amarillo in whirlpool. Non una "semplice" birra rossa.

Andechser Weissbier Hell
Untreated and bottled in its natural state of yeasty turbidity, this is a top fermented beer for the epicure. Its light honey colour makes it an immediate eyecatcher. Then there’s the opalescence and fine structure of the yeast turbidity. At the same time, the creamy, fine pored head invites you to get to know this light Weissbier from the Holy Mountain. First, distinctive fruity aromas like banana and honeydew melon come to the fore, followed by fine cloves. It is a very tangy, refreshing treat with the conviction of a full, soft body. It concludes on a finely balanced interplay of light sweet honey and a delicate acidity with undertones of bitter hoppiness that quickly subside into a harmonious aftertaste.

Another Day Done
This Juicy Pale is the ideal beer to crack when your working day is over, with bags of tropical fruit aromas like peach and mango. Tropical fruit notes of juicy mango, pineapple & passionfruit, with a hint of sharp citrus and a subtle piney undertone. Best paired with Independent music and fresh records.

Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel
Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. In his book “Beer International”, the world-renowned English beer writer, Michael Jackson, accurately describes the Ayinger “Altbairisch Dunkel” as: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.” It is produced using the traditional double fermentation process.

Beautiful Things
Soft, juicy and creamy session NEIPA served with the expected haze. El Dorado and Mosaic hops deliver tangerine, zesty lemon and grapefruit on the nose and lashings of ripe mango and juicy pink grapefruit to the palate. Perfect soft mouthfeel with a slight resiny/pine backnote. Unfined and vegan friendly.

Bermondsey Pale

Best (Fuggles Hops)
Five Points Best is a single-hopped Best Bitter, brewed with Fuggles hops from Hukins Hops. Refreshing and smooth, Best has notes of caramel and biscuit, and a lovely grassy, herbal freshness. Five Points Best celebrates both the history of British brewing and the modern craft beer movement. It showcases the Five Points take on beer: influenced by the past but brewed very much for the present. Because, we reckon, why should modern beer always mean new beer styles?

Camden Hells Lager
WHAT THE HELLS? THANKS FOR ASKING. Hells is the lovechild of our two favourite German beer styles - Helles and Pilsner. Clean, crisp and dry, it’s the beer we always wanted to drink and the reason we started our brewery. We hope you agree. Clean and refreshing with a dry hop finish. taste the great depth of flavour that comes from the long, slow maturation in tank. This is how a great lager should taste. This is the beer Camden Town was born to brew. Combining two of our favourite beer styles into one, we take the crisp, dry body of a German-style Pilsner and give it the gentle hopping of a Helles to create the beer we really want to drink – this beer is the reason we decided to start a brewery.

Camden Pale Ale
WE LOVE OUR AMERICAN COUSINS. But sometimes they can be kind of full on. So we’ve crafted this beer to more British tastes. Made with American hops, it’s still got all the punch of a pale ale. Just less shouty.

Together we dreamt up a proper 10% triple IPA with 100% English malt, a ton of flaked oats, fermented with a specific English yeast, and hopped intensely with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado. Huge mouthfeel with a touch of sweetness. Mimics the mouthfeel/sweetness of actual orange juice (without the acidity). Proper mental aroma on this one too. Very pleased to share Chubbles with y'all!

Geuze Mariage Parfait
Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait has an alcohol content of 8%. It consists of 95% mild lambic, aged at least three years and specially reserved for this purpose, and 5% young lambic. The latter provides the fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. After mixing in a vessel of 25,000 litres, the wort (unfermented mixture) is filtered and chilled. If we are bottling, we bring it back to fermentation temperature. The bottles are placed in a climate-controlled space for the secondary fermentation. This is followed by maturing at low temperature for at least 6 months. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! The soft, mildly sour berry taste, harmonises with the oak barrels’ aromas in which Geuze Mariage Parfait has ripen. The body speaks of vanilla followed by a bitter aftertaste of cloves that becomes increasingly intense. Sublime.

Grand Cru

Grand Cru’s delicate nose is a veritable cascade of hoppy aromas with hints of fruitiness coupled with subtlety and sheer richness. When savoured, the first sip is light and intriguing. The next impression is one of a slight bitterness full of captivating nuances. When it hits the palate, Grand Cru creates a lingering moment of hoppiness, rounded off by an intense yet pleasant bitterness.
